Shipping & Delivery Information
Right then, here’s everything you need to know about how we get your goodies to you.   To bring you the best value, we ship directly from our dedicated international warehouse.   We work hard to get your order packed and on its way to Australia as quickly as possible!

We ship to all residential and business addresses, PO Boxes, and Australia Post Parcel Lockers across the country.

Order Processing Time

All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.   Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with all your tracking details.

International Shipping to Australia

We offer a single, reliable shipping method to keep things simple and affordable.

Please note: This is an estimated timeframe for delivery to major metro areas.   Delivery to regional or remote areas may take a few extra days.

Remote Area Surcharge

Our delivery partners charge an additional fee to deliver to certain remote postcodes in Australia.   If your address falls into a remote area category, we will contact you via email before dispatching your order to arrange for payment of this surcharge.   You will have the option to pay the surcharge or cancel your order for a full refund.

No Surprise Customs Fees

The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.   We ship all orders 'Delivery Duty Paid' (DDP), which means we handle all customs duties, taxes, and import fees on your behalf.   There will be no nasty surprises or extra charges from customs when your parcel arrives.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number.   Your parcel is first handled by our international logistics partner.   Once it clears customs in Australia, it's handed over to a local courier (usually Australia Post) for the final leg of its journey.

Important Information

Correct Address is Crucial: It is your responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address.   Please double-check your details at checkout.

Unsuccessful Delivery & Associated Costs: In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to circumstances within the recipient's control, any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.   This includes, but is not limited to:

Providing an incorrect or incomplete address.

Failure to collect the parcel from the designated collection point (e.g., Post Office) within the specified timeframe.

Refusal to accept the delivery.

Any fees charged to us by the courier for storage, return shipping, or re-shipping will be passed on to you.
