This policy outlines how we handle returns for change of mind and faulty goods, and it is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with a product, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns (Our 30-Day Policy)

If you've had a change of mind, you can return your item for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in "as-new" condition: unused, unworn, and with no signs of damage.

  • It must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (like your order number or receipt).

Please note, for change of mind returns:

  • Personalised items, refurbished devices, and products marked ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

  • Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We reserve the right to offer a partial refund or reject the return if the product does not meet the "as-new" criteria.

How to Make a Return (Simple 3-Step Process)

  1. Start Your Return: Please contact our Customer Care Team here with your order number and the reason for your return. They will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions.

  2. Package Your Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all accessories. Please make sure the RA document is included inside the package as instructed.

  3. Post It Back to Us: Send the package back to the address provided by our team. We strongly recommend using a tracked postage service, as Klcosy is not responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping labels are valid for 14 days.

What Happens Next? (Processing & Refunds)

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 10-15 business days. We’ll send you an email to confirm once the inspection and processing are complete.

  • Refund: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
